## The story

Manchester United’s manager Ralf Rangnick has shuffled the squad for the 2pm GMT clash with Bournemouth, opting for a midfield ballast that includes Andrey Santos and Carlos Baleba. The lineup also sees Mason Mount moved to the left wing, while Bryan Mbeumo will lead the attack in the absence of Benjamin Sesko. The team’s front line will feature Joshua Zirkzee, who scored in midweek, and the side is expected to rely on out‑of‑possession work to compensate for a lack of one‑on‑one ability. Meanwhile, Liverpool will face Brighton in a separate Premier League fixture, but the focus here remains on United’s tactical adjustments. The match is set to test United’s resilience against a Bournemouth side eager to secure vital points.
