Kansas Dog Leads Police Officer to Injured Owner

A leashed dog standing alone in the middle of a street led a police officer to an incapacitated resident in Leawood, Kansas. The dog guided the officer about half a block directly to an open garage at a nearby residence. Upon inspecting the property, the officer discovered the homeowner collapsed on the garage floor and unable to stand. The resident had reportedly been stranded in that position for more than three hours prior to the officer's arrival.
